2. Use of this site
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or republish our content without permission.
3. Products and pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars. We can change prices any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
4. Orders
We accept or decline any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order, we refund it in full.
5. Delivery and shipping
We deliver locally to the listed Triangle Area cities and ship capsule-only orders within the United States. Sea moss gel and other non-capsule products are available for local delivery only. Delivery and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. See the Shipping and Delivery page for current charges.

8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid for the product in question.
