Ordering and delivery
Where do you deliver? +
Right now we deliver across the Triangle Area in North Carolina. That includes Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Wake Forest, and Garner. Outside that zone, join the shipping waitlist.
How fast is delivery? +
Most Triangle orders arrive within 24 to 48 hours. We will text you a delivery window.
How much is delivery? +
Five dollars on orders under $40. Free on orders $40 and over.
Do you ship outside the Triangle? +
Not yet. Join the waitlist and you will be first to order when shipping opens.
Product
How much sea moss should I take? +
Start with 1 tablespoon a day in week one. Add a tablespoon each week. Most adults land at 4 tablespoons a day by week four.
Will I taste it? +
In a smoothie, no. On its own, it has a mild ocean flavor. Capsules and powder are tasteless.
How long does the gel last? +
Refrigerated in a sealed jar, up to 3 weeks.
Can I use it on my skin? +
Yes. Thin layer, 15 to 20 minutes, rinse with warm water. Two to three times a week.
Safety
Is this safe to take with medication? +
Talk to your doctor before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, on medication, scheduled for surgery, or have a thyroid condition.

Thirty days, full refund, no questions. Email us and we will handle it.
