How to request a refund

- Subject line: Refund Request.
- We process refunds within 3 business days.
- Refunds return to your original payment method through PayPal.
What we ask
- • Tell us why so we can keep improving. One sentence is fine.
- • You do not need to return the product unless we ask.
Exceptions
- • Wholesale orders have their own terms in the wholesale agreement.
- • Subscription orders are refundable for the most recent order only.
